COLLECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF APARTMENT BUILDINGS UNDER CONDITIONS OF INSTITUTIONAL DISTRUST OF OWNERS
2022-09-29 14:04 The article actualizes the problem of collective management of apartment buildings in Russia through the prism of institutional distrust on the example of the socio-economic institution of the general meeting of apartment building owners. The institution in question, artificially introduced by the state in the process of housing privatization, develops as dysfunctional due to a number of circumstances, one of which is the distrust of the owners themselves. STAY-AT HOME AS A PRACTICE OF SOCIAL ALIENATION. FORMATION OF HOMO DOMESTICUS
2022-05-13 19:15 The article reflects the author's approach to the problem of stay-at-home in the discourse of sociological science. Various practices of stay-at-home (caravanning, house-siting, housewives, hikikomori etc.) are analyzed in terms of routine everyday life and adventures according to G. Simmel, social mobility according to J. Urry. The problem of the balance of social and domestic interactions is discussed, as well as the opposition of a domestic person (Homo Domesticus) to a social person (Homo Socialis). HOW FORMAL INSTITUTIONS IN RUSSIA DESTROY INFORMAL NEIGHBORHOOD PRACTICES IN APARTMENT BUILDINGS
2022-04-07 19:17 The purpose of this article is to demonstrate on specific cases the social impact on neighboring practices of individual federal laws adopted in Russia and to develop relevant recommendations for maintaining the neighborhood. It is indicated that the restrictions imposed by the state contribute to the social disunity of neighbors.
