In the context of spatial mobility research within housing sociology, the author employs correlation and regression analysis to demonstrate a significant relationship between the precarization of housing, as assessed by the developed Regional Index of Housing Precarity (RIHP), and the indicators of population migration growth based on Rosstat data for 2022. Federal districts, particularly the Central district, which exhibit the lowest values of this index, appear to be the most attractive for migration.
