From 2003 to 2014, conducted individual entrepreneurial activities in the field of information technology. From 2014 to 2021, worked in middle and senior management positions in organizations engaged in entrepreneurial activities in the management of apartment buildings in Novosibirsk. In 2021, was included in the register of energy efficiency experts of the State Corporation - Fund for the Promotion of Housing and Utilities Reform. Has a qualification certificate issued by the State Housing Inspectorate of the Novosibirsk Region.

In 2006, received a bachelor's degree in sociology, and in 2007 - a specialty sociologist, teacher of sociology at the Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU NETI). In 2010, completed postgraduate studies at the Siberian Academy of Public Administration (now - Siberian Institute of Management of the RANEPA) in the speciality 22.00.04 "Social Structure, Social Institutions and Processes". In 2020, graduated from the correspondence master's program at the Novosibirsk State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (NGASU Sibstrin) in the field of study 38.04.10 "Housing and communal infrastructure". In December 2021 successfully defended thesis for the degree of candidate of sociological sciences on the topic "Formation and functioning of the institution of the general meeting of owners of an apartment building in Russia".
